Based on the research project MID-QS guideline, which was financed by the research association 3-D MID e.V. from own means, a committee was formed, which developed the first guideline for the production of MID under the umbrella of the Beuth publishing house. The VDI/VDE standard 3719 was published in May 2019 as green print. Until 31.08.2019, comments can be sent to gmm@vde.com .
